Qualifications available to students
OCR Life and Living Skills qualification
All students have the opportunity to gain OCR Life and Living Skills qualifications. These are offered at Entry Levels 1, 2 and 3.
The majority of students at Woodlands gain Entry Level 1 qualifications. Some go on to achieve Entry Level 2 qualifications.
Students may gain an Award, Certificate or Diploma at each level.
Students in KS4 will be entered for this qualification in Y11; students in other departmetns will be entered in Y13.
NCFE Functional Skills qualifications
A small number of students in KS4 may also gain NCFE Functional Skills qualifications in English and/or Maths. The qualifications are offered at Entry Levels 1, 2 and 3.
